Charges on your statement

Purchases from this site appear on your bank or credit card statement as THEPUMPKINSCHOOL.COM.

If you see that charge and aren’t sure what it is, please email us before contacting your bank. We can look it up and sort it out in minutes.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What you’re buying

Pumpkin Studio Carver — $29.99
Unlimited stencils for nine months from the date of purchase. Create as many carving patterns and decoration prints as you like, from as many photos as you like, and get access to the full community stencil library. Every stencil you create during your nine months is yours to keep and reprint, even after your access ends. This is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again. If you renew early, the new nine months are added to the time you have left.

Single Carve — $7.99
One stencil and its decoration print, yours to keep. Print them as many times as you want, whenever you want. There’s no expiry on a Single Carve.

Before you buy

Pumpkin Studio runs in your web browser on a desktop or laptop computer, or on a tablet held sideways (landscape). It isn’t available on phones yet: the screen is too small for the design tools. You’ll also need a printer to print your stencil.

You can upload a photo and design a complete stencil for free before paying anything. Please do that first, so you know the tool works for you and your computer before you spend a cent.

Refunds

We want you carving, not arguing with us about money.

If you’re not fully satisfied with a purchase, email us within 7 days of purchase, from the email address you bought with, and we’ll refund you in full. No form to fill out, and no need to explain.

  • Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it.
  • A refund ends the access that purchase gave you: for Pumpkin Studio Carver, your nine months; for Single Carve, that stencil.
  • October is our busiest time of year. Refund requests we receive from October 25 to October 31 will be processed by November 15.
  • Purchases made with a 100% discount code have no payment to refund.

If something isn’t working, tell us that too. We’d rather fix it for you, and we’ll still refund you if you’d prefer.

Keep your project file

Your photos and designs stay on your own computer. We don’t keep copies. When you click Save Project, Pumpkin Studio downloads a .pmpkn file: that file is your only copy of your design. Keep it somewhere safe, like your Documents folder or an email to yourself.

To reprint a stencil you’ve bought, open Pumpkin Studio, log in, click Load, and choose your .pmpkn file. Your purchase is linked to your account, so your stencil is ready to print again.

Pumpkin Studio also keeps automatic backups in your browser, but they can disappear if you clear your browsing data, use a private window, or switch computers. The .pmpkn file is the safe copy.

Other requests

  • Change your display name (the name on your share images and stencils): type it in the name box on the Share it view, or open My Account in Pumpkin Studio.
  • Stop marketing emails: click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our emails, or email us.
  • Get a copy of your information, or delete your account: email us from the address on your account. We’ll respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Report a shared stencil that uses your photo or artwork without permission, or breaks our rules: email us with the subject line “Content report”. See section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.
